Most of the forums have been closed and the last big post from an admin on the official forum was posted sometime in 2011. I can't seem to find anything regarding the project being discontinued and whilst it took a lot of time trawling through the internet I did eventually find some download links to DMPC Pro on the Facepunch forums.
