Can some one help me with the year of manufacture on a Husqvarna model 51 chainsaw? The nameplate says 'Husqvarna '.

I'm trying to figure out which of the five IPLs for the model 51 on the Husky US website I need to download for this saw (after wading through to page 36 of results searching on 'chain saw' for IPLs and manuals. Searching on '51' or 'chain saw 51' got no results)I know on the newer saws, the first two digits of the serial number are the year of manufacture. That doesn't seem to make sense here.
