It is obvious that you put a good deal of effort into this recreation; the smooth inbetweens and careful perspective are notable highlights to that. I can only imagine how it must have been to draw all these frames- nightmarish to say the least, but it yielded great results.

Good work on that!The only thing I can really suggest is to try and have consistent proportions as well as stabilizing your line art. My second suggestion sort of overlaps with the first, so I will delve into that; I noticed that in the beginning of the animation, the lamp's stand(?) has a relatively slender build, but at the end, the build gets a little thicker. Staying on-model is one of the trickiest things in animation, but drawing subjects in multiple angles and perspectives can really help with this, and I recommend you try it! This can also help you with making your animations less 'wobbly' as you study a character more and more. This is kind of a nitpick as it really isn't your fault as much as it is the.gif format's, but the dark gradient above everything looks sort of out of place.

Try to substitute such dark colors for something a bit lighter so that the color limitations don't goof it up.Overall, this is a very well done animation that only has a few minor issues. First off its fantastic I love the fact that you actually made a 2D logo off of Pixars infamous animated logo that they have used since the original Toy Story! Its a bit weird to see the Pixar logo like this as Pixar essentially revolutionized 3D computer generated animated movies. But I really like the way you created this image with the jumping lamp (I know the lamp has a name but I just can't remember) as its jumps on the letter I. Smooth and fluid animation, great job! Also I think that would be a fantastic idea to see Pixar make a hand-drawn movie, I mean hell Disney Animation Studios who themselves revolutionized hand drawn animation now seem to make only 3D animation.
